Originally a 10th century barn for drying peppers and 'tinadas', the finca was meticulously restored using local materials and traditional building techniques, with no fixed 'style' adhered to. The overriding feel of this hotel is one of spaciousness and light achieved by the open plan spaces and large windows. In the interior the terracotta tiled floors fit perfectly with the stone walls, all in harmony with the interiors featuring timber, wrought iron, modern fabrics, comfortable sofas and two fireplaces. The atmosphere is further improved with discrete ornaments, aromas of mimosa or logan berries, pineapples and pumpkins and candles which add colour and aromas.
