Renovated in 2004, the hotel building is situated in the middle of 52-hectare grounds. The stunning property, surrounded by natural beauty, is one of the most attractive and exclusive spa and restaurant hotels in the whole of Spain. The land on which the hotel is built was originally used for growing oranges, mandarins and grapefruits. Both the estate and the old farmhouse have been renovated and are supplemented by 3 new buildings (the spa, the restaurant and an accommodation building) Today the hotel comprises a total of 27 rooms. Facilities available include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a cloakroom and lift access, and guests can take advantage of the on-site café, TV room, a restaurant, public Internet access, WLAN access point, room and laundry services and parking for those arriving by car, some in a garage.

The hotel is in Villamarxant, just a 30-minute drive from the centre of Valencia and the city's beach. Riba Roja del Turia is 7 km away. There are a number of shopping venues just 20 minutes away by car, links to the public transport system can be found just 10 minutes away and the airports of Valencia and Alicante are approximately 13 km and 180 km from the hotel respectively.
