This is a wonderfully welcoming little hotel, superbly located and well maintained. The owner and staff do their utmost to make the clients' stay as pleasant as possible. The lobby is small, but adjoins the hotel bar where guests can relax before checking in. The dark colour scheme and solid old furniture give a lovely cosy first impression.

The hotel is located on a quiet street at the top end of Zermatt. It is about 10 mins walk from the station.
