This is the perfect base for exploring the magnificent countryside that surrounds this area from the rolling Quantock Hills to the Somerset Levels, one of Europes last great wetlands.

The Restaurant is on the ground floor, elegant and formal, serving excellent English and international cuisine. The newly decorated restaurant has a Michelin star and has won a host of other awards including "Best outside of London" in Tatlers Restaurant Awards 2002. Alternatively, there is a contemporary brasserie with its starlit dome and fibre optic lit dome with great food in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
