The hotel was established in the 1970s by Mr. Leonetto Sabatini, who added a few rooms to the already famous Leonetto Restaurant. This establishment was certainly one of the first design hotels and was furnished about 40 years ago by a well-known interior designer, Francesco Ridolfi, who introduced a new concept of Tuscan country-style furniture - very delicate and sophisticated, almost romantic. The Sabatini family is still managing the hotel, which has been constantly refurbished and improved, without disturbing its original atmosphere. The hotel offers its guests the tranquillity of soundproofed rooms, furnishings in tones of white and rose, and guestrooms which are welcoming and full of warmth and provide all the comforts. The inner rooms feature pastel tones, delicate touches of an attractive country style.
