Completely renovated in 2000, this late 19th century Venetian villa comprises a total of 95 rooms including 34 suites spread over 2 floors. As well as an elegant lobby area the hotel also offers its guest a lobby bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant. Business guests are offered rooms for conferences, conventions and meetings and hotel car parking spaces are also available. The lobby is large in size and elegantly furnished in a traditional style, with a big dark wood reception desk, marble floors covered by rugs, quite a few pictures on the walls and lots of plants and flowers to adorn the whole environment. There are armchairs and sofas all around, as well as a bar area.

This hotel is located amidst sprawling parkland around 2 km from the romantic and Medieval city of Treviso. The hotel grounds are situated beside the so-called Terragio, the ancient Napoleonic road, which runs from Treviso to Venice, and its famous sights of interest. Marco Polo airport is also just a 35 minutes drive from the hotel (around 25 km away).

There is a nice and luminous restaurant overlooking the park, which is open to the public. The restaurant serves local dishes. Breakfast is served in a separate breakfast room, next door to the restaurant, on the ground floor also overlooking the park.
