This large hotel consists of a main building with annexe wings. It has a large welcoming lobby with bamboo tables and chairs and large sofas and armchairs. The hotel facilities include a 24 hour reception, restaurant and cafe, pool and lobby bar, meeting room and outdoor pool. The hotel also has it's own section of the 7km long beach and provides sun loungers and parasols.

The hotel is located on the coastal road in an area of Ayvalik known as Sarimsakli which is 8km from the centre of Ayvalik. Local amenities are approximately 200m from the hotel and the quaint Cunda or Alibey Island is only 7.5km and connected by a causeway with frequent local transport links.

Breakfast and dinner are served in an open buffet form.
