The 2-floor property is fringed with coconut trees and surrounded by water, with rice-field irrigation channels across the north and west sides, and a spring-fed stream on the southern side. The bottom of the property adjoins the Petanu River on the east. The resort was designed by Balinese architects and constructed by a team of Balinese and Javanese craft specialists.
