Opened in 2004, the hotel comprises 111 rooms set over 15 floors. There is an air-conditioned lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, and a lift. The hotel also has a hairdressing salon, a popular bar, two excellent air-conditioned restaurants, and a conference room. Room and laundry services (for an additional fee) round up the offerings. A car park is also available (charges apply).

This hotel is the only truly luxurious establishment in Fort Lauderdale and is only separated from the beach by the coast road, located in the centre of Fort Lauderdale.
