It is fully air-conditioned, was renovated in 2004, and comprises a total of 1921 room of which 46 are suites. Culinary options here include a range of restaurants and bars serving delicious cuisine. Guests may also take advantage of the hairdressing salon, Internet access and room and laundry services. There are parking facilities for those arriving by car. Fairly large lobby.

The complex is located in close proximity to all parts of the Walt Disney Resort within the Animal Kingdom resort. There is a complimentary bus transfer to all the theme parks offering guests a highly convenient arrival.

There are several dining options available, a lakeside restaurant specializing in food cooked over an open wood-burning fire; a Food Court offering a variety of foods; a poolside bar and grill, and a lounge with sidewalk cafe atmosphere.
