The 15th century palace is majestically positioned along the banks of the Grand Canal, between Rialto Bridge and Ca DOro, facing the colourful and Historical Rialto market. Only a short walk to San Marks Square and all the historical sites of major interest. The area is also full of local bars and Restaurants as well as small shops. The fashion boutiques located in the Mercerie street or Calle XXII Marzo are also a short and pleasant walk away. The hotel can be reached by water taxi easily from the airport, about 20 minutes journey; from the port terminal, about 15 minutes; from the car parking terminals on Tronchetto or Piazzale Roma, approx 10 min, and from the Santa Lucia train station, only 5 minutes of a wonderful sightseeing ride. It takes only 10 minutes to travel by public boat, line N 1, and stop at Ca DOro from the train station. There are also different routes via public transports that imply more travelling time, but are quite cheap alternatives to water taxis. The closest boat stop is Ca DOro, the second closest, less than 5 minutes walk, but with more boat lines stopping in there, is Rialto.
