The resort has a total of 90 rooms and 25 chalets, As well as an air-conditioned for the rooms only and fans for the chalet only. No air-conditioned in the Chalets, lobby with 24-hour service and a hotel safe, the hotel includes a cosy bar and an attractive restaurant serving a wide range of African cuisine, with a non-smoking area and highchairs for children. A room is available for special occasions and business meetings. Guests can take advantage of the room and laundry services. Children can be supervised throughout the day in the kids' club.

This hotel complex is located in the so-called Lowveld, an area in the South African province of Mpumalanga in the north east of the country. The small town of White River with its various shopping and entertainment opportunities is about 8 km away, whilst the nearest large city is Nelspruit, around 27 km from the hotel. The hotel is a good base for exploring the Kruger National Park (some 30 km away) and Blyde River Canyon. Mpumalanga airport is approximately 20 km away.

Guests can select their breakfast, lunch and dinner from a buffet. Lunch and evening meals may also be taken à la carte.
