The hotel has individual charming bedrooms, a wide menu in the Carvery restaurant and a warm welcome throughout. There is limited car parking for residents. It has a Courtyard garden, a welcoming bar, plenty of relaxing lounges and the Cloisters Restaurant, offering a wide choice of cuisine.

The restaurant offers both a la carte and table dhote menus, whilst the informal Bistro has a budget menu. There is also a coffee shop and two bars.
