Within the hotel reception there is a tourist office, capable of assisting guests with everything they need to tour and explore the island. The hotel also provides an entertainment area with TV and a snack bar serving light meals and drinks. Other services include an entrance hall, transfer to and from the airport, baby-sitting, laundry, hairdressing by appointment, currency exchange, souvenir shop and parking for those arriving by car.

The studios and apartments are situated next to the ancient spring of Herodotos, 15 km from the town of Zakynthos. On the south-western edge of the island stretch Keri Lake, the beach (300 m from the hotel) and the harbour of Keri on a fertile plain.
