This hotel is ideal base to explore everything which Zermatt as to offer. Highly recommended for guests wanting the peace and quiet away from the Centre of the Village. The hotel has recently opened a new wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, and treatment areas, the entrance to which is included for hotel guests. The medium sized lobby is wonderfully elegant with beautiful carved woodwork and a pale tiled floor. There is also a small seating area.

The hotel is located by the river just outside the centre of the village, a pleasant 05 minutes walk to the train station.
