From fusion dishes to tortillas with meat and vegetables, the mixtures and recipes that guatemalans have used over the years, have made their gastronomy one of the best known around the world. We want you to awake to the Guatemalan culture, which although it has strong roots, is also made up of local way of life, the daily and regular one. We want to provide a direct experience with the people who make this a beautiful place to live, with their work, food, cooking and customs, because at the end of the day, it is what makes a culture so rich and varied like ours.
