Dinners take place in my redesigned home, an airy oasis in a centrally located, easily accessible and safe neighborhood in the city. I will greet you with an assortment of tropical fruit juices and appetizer. Then, we will teach you easy to recreate recipes inspired by culinary heritage of the Pacific Littoral, including: coconut rice, fish with garden herbs, plantain fritters, and other delicious treats. Dinner is paired with a cocktail made with Viche, an artisanal sugarcane derived spirit and music from the region.
