If you want to get out of your comfort zone and pull on your body, nothing better than climbing a natural rock wall or even an artificial wall! Here we test your physical and psychological limits, always with maximum security and with the experience of our local guides. The beauty and surroundings of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, allows us to have various experiences, be they easier or more challenging for any athlete looking for stronger emotions and testing their physical capacity. From limestone rock, granite and basalt, all of them with their special characteristics, they will surely lead you to reach very high levels of overcoming and confidence, even if it is just to have a company to climb, and take you to the best places to practice. Here we will also pay attention to the environmental aspect, collecting and keeping the climbing area clean. After heating up, all you need to do is put the magnesium in your hands and roll up your sleeves!
