Have an authentic experience of making Houto noodles by hand! The venue is a restaurant specializing in seafood Houto near Lake Kawaguchiko at the foot of Mt. Fuji. Houto is a local cuisine of Yamanashi Prefecture. It's a simple dish featuring noodles made from wheat flour, cooked with seasonal vegetables in a miso-flavored soup. In this experience, you can cook an original Houto using a variety of seafood such as prawns and scallops, and taste it. The rich soup topped with many ingredients is so delicious that most of the customers would eat it up.
