This international holiday village is built on 100,000 m2 of land with a large fruit garden including 300-year-old olive trees and its own beach. Renovated in 2010, the complex consists of blocks of 2-floor villas/bungalows spread throughout the hotel grounds. Guests can take advantage of a choice of bars, a disco and an indoor and outdoor restaurant. The holiday village is located on a peninsula close to the ancient city of Teos and 7 km from the nearest town, Seferihisar. Access to public transport is in front of the hotel. The bus station is around 7 km away and the railway station is some 50 km. The hotel is located on the beach. The quaint Sigacik Marina is approximately 20 minutes' walk and Izmir Airport is 60 km away.
