The City Hotel is one of the most distinguished hotels in Namibia. Its excellent accommodation and conference service conform to the highest of standards. The terrace (with awning) gives you an attractive view of Independence Avenue. The business centre on the 1st floor provides guests with Internet access with a WLAN Access Point and is open from 7am until 11pm. Laundry and 24-hour room services are also available for an additional fee. The medium size lobby is carpeted and has a seating area in the middle. The hotel casino is to the right of the lobby as you enter and the hotel bar and restaurant are straight ahead of the entrance. To the left is the wide wood reception desk.

This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Windhoek, approximately 45 km from the international airport of Hosea Kutako. It is right in the heart of the Gustav Voigts shopping centre, surrounded by a multitude of different shops, from safari and jewellery stores to banks and grocers. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The buffet restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
